May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
Romans 15:13
Father God, the Source of my hope, fill me with all joy and peace this day, fueling through the work of the Holy Spirit the hope that I have in You. Remind me of Your very precious promises, encouraging me as I navigate through the challenges of this day, knowing with certainty that this light momentary affliction is preparing for me an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison as I look not to the things that are seen but instead to the things that are unseen. Continue Your work within me, moving me from a place of question to that foundation of certainty that comes from knowing You. And, by Christ’s precious blood that was shed on my behalf, continue to establish me in my faith so that when challenged I can give an account for why I believe. Cause me to walk with Holy Spirit inspired boldness, speaking truth to power, knowing that I am Your ambassador assigned to declare Your awesome wonder to a faithless generation. It’s in Jesus’ Name I pray and for the sake of His Kingdom. Amen.
