Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.
Jude 24-25
Father God I give You thanks this day for it is indeed You that keeps me from stumbling and stops my skid into sinfulness, enabling me to not only see the error of my ways, but turning my heart back towards You. It is this purification process that You take Your servant through that removes the stains of my sins in the wash cycle of Your love, and adorns me with a righteousness that is not my own. Through Christ and His finished work I am whole and complete, and by His sacrifice I am being transformed daily into His likeness that I, and all who call upon His Name, might join in together at Your throne sending up praises to You for the great work You have done through Him. This, my Lord, is the ultimate source of joy in my life, fueling all other joyous emotions, for it is the foundation of all that is precious to me. Thank You this day for saving me, securing me, and sanctifying me! Thank You for this most indescribable gift that You have bestowed upon me! Thank You for the love I don’t deserve, the grace I cannot fathom, and the righteousness I did not earn! That You would love me this much, forgive me that much, and raise me so much blows my mind! Yet, through Christ You have and it is done! So this day, to You be the glory, majesty, dominion, and authority in my life and this world! Thank You in Jesus’ Name! Amen!
