Now Stephen, a man full of God’s grace and power, performed great wonders and signs among the people.

Lord Jesus, fill me today with Your grace! Let it overflow in every aspect of my life that I might live out my faith in the presence of all who see me, my living and loving pointing them to You, the ultimate Source of all that is good in me! I don’t need or have this overwhelming desire to perform “great wonders and signs” among the people. Instead, I want them to see You in me and be directed towards You and Your love. Your Word declares You have planted eternity in all of our hearts (Ecclesiastes 3:11). Use me to water the those eternity seeds in the lives of others that they might sprout up into life.
Lord, I do not want to leave this not leaving my fingerprints behind (Ecclesiastes 5:16). Instead, it is my heartfelt desire to be used by You to make this a better place, impact lives positively, and demonstrate Your love in a tangible way. Let Your grace and power flow from me and touch the hearts of those around me. Be glorified in some way by Your servant today. Even as I am captivated by Your glory and wonder, use me to lead others to that blessed place to Your glory. Amen.
