Surely there is a future, and your hope will not be cut off.

Father, today I come thanking You for hope because You are not only the Source of my hope, but are the One Who makes my hopes a reality. Your Word declares that You are the God of hope, reminding me that it is You that fills me with all joy and peace. You are the One Who fuels the very hope that I have this day, a hope that is founded in Your steadfast love towards me.
Today, help me to keep my eyes on You, remembering Your precious promises towards me, promises that I have placed my hope in. For sure, I have this confidence: that You see me, know what I wrestle with, and am providing everything I need. Though life may not dole out to me all that I would like, I know that I am still blessed. And because of this, things will get better! My soul finds comfort in knowing that You are with me, moving behind the scenes, ensuring that all things work together for my good. You are restoring and revitalizing. This day, I know that I am hidden in You!
Keep me close. Draw me into the safety and security of Your shadow. Fill me with joy and peace. But most of all, continue to remind me that I am Yours and that You see me. I am never alone. In this, I have grounded my hope in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
