Good morning, Father. As I have meditated on this verse, reading and reflecting upon it, my soul rushes, even as Moses is in this psalm, to Your feet.
Master, I have no idea what this day has in store for me. I do not know the troubles and trials that await me. I don’t know the ups or downs that I will experience. Yet, one thing I desire, and that will I seek, that I might dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold YOUR beauty (Psalm 27:4)! LORD, if my soul is filled with Your love and presence, there is nothing in this day that can come my way that will shake me! The challenges mean nothing if I have You. And in Christ I do! Hallelujah!
Father, I come to You and ask that You would fill my cup to overflowing this morning. I pray for a fresh anointing of Your Holy Spirit, that I might experience Your presence and my soul might find peace in the midst of life’s storms. I pray that You would open my eyes to Your movement in my midst, enabling me to connect the disparaging dots that appear around me so that I can see Your fingerprints despite what the world, the enemy and my flesh try to fool me into believing. Put a new song on my lips, a new skip to my step, and a new lift to my life!
Father, no matter what comes my way this day I am convinced of Your love and care for me. Because of this, my soul is satisfied and my heart is glad. Thank You for Your unfailing, unchanging, undying, and unmerited love for me. I love You, Father! I love You Jesus! I love You Holy Spirit! I so love You. Amen!
