Let no one seek his own good, but the good of his neighbor.
1 Corinthians 10:24
Lord Jesus, the song that rings in my head, “I want to see the blessed face of Him Who died for me, sacrificed His life for my liberty.” My soul is overwhelmed with joy as I think about You and Your love for me. As the lyrics continue, “He saved my life (before I ever new it), He paid the price (he didn’t have to do it), And I know (I never can repay him), But all my life (I will ever praise His Name)!” Yes! I praise You and worship You! Hallelujah! Glory to Your Name!
What can I render to You for all that You have done for me? Nothing! How can I ever repay You? I cannot! Yet, You still love me in spite of me! I praise You and exalt You! So, today I pray that You would send folks my way that I might bless them even as You have blessed me. Use me to make a difference in someone’s like You used others to make a difference in mine. I want to make You happy. I want to please You. My soul this day longs to see You smile. So, please use me that I might see Your smile through the smile of another.
I praise You, Lord Jesus, and thank You for all You have done for me! I know I can’t pay You back. But I can show You my love. And that’s what I shall do today to Your glory! Amen!
