He is a faithful minister of Christ on your behalf and has made known to us your love in the Spirit.
Colossians 1:7b-8
LORD, oh that others would see my works and declare me to be a faithful minister of the things of You in their lives! It is my life’s ambition to pour my life into the lives of others that they might know You and celebrate the blessings that they have in You! Grant Your servant the opportunity today to do just that, demonstrating Your unfailing love in a tangible way. Help me to guard my tongue, speaking only that which will edify and bring glory to Your Name. Order my steps this day that I might not sin against You in word or deed. Fill me with Your Spirit, bestowing upon me Your divine discernment that I might rightly assess all the circumstances that I find myself in. But more than anything, let my life reflect the new life that I have in Your Son that His Name might be praised in all things. I pray this for Your Name and the sake of Your Kingdom. Amen.
